#2. Client Onboarding
- Document the condition of the property with a detailed inspection
- ensure the tenant understands their responsibility with regard to payment and property upkeep.
#3. Marketing
- Determine the maximum rent based on the condition, location and amenities.
- We will take professional photos.
- We will work with a real estate professional of your choice or assign a seasoned agent that is familiar with the local rental market.
#4. Screening and Lease Preparation
- Once our real estate professional receives offers, we will screen the prospects and review their ability to afford the property and confirm they have a good rental track record.
- A custom lease will be prepared for your property.
#5. Tenant Move-In Process
- During this phase we document the condition of the property with a detailed inspection and ensure the tenant understands their responsibility with regard to payment and property upkeep.
#6. Property Oversight
- During this phase SureWay is managing the day to day responsibilities, including rent collection and maintenance management.
